Born in Philadelphia and raised in Parkland, Florida. Mike's passion for food, wine and excellent service is the foundation of his restaurant career.
He has operated some of the top Steak & Seafood Houses in New Orleans, Chicago, Philadelphia and Metro NY.
He comes to DeMarco's Italian to elevate our concept to the next level in quality and service as we expand our brands.
When Mike is not in the restaurant he spends his time with his beloved Longhair Mini-Dachshund Maximus and cheering on his Philadelphia sport teams
Anthony's passion for pasta started out as a hobby, but soon he was making videos on Instagram and went viral. This led Anthony to venture out in opening The Pasta Addict, in downtown Greenville at Gather. Word quickly spread of his culinary masterpieces and many times he was sold out long before closing time.
Anthony then entered into a joint ventured with The Slice in Simpsonville. Here he continued to use his elaborate research and culinary skills to create the most delicious dishes.
Today, he brings his talent to DeMarco's, where we will continue to enjoy his fresh pasta dishes.
Chef Wilbert was born in the remote mountains of Honduras and raised in Miami, Florida. He learned to cook at his grandmother's and mother's sides—stoking a wood-fired stove, preparing meals from farm-fresh ingredients, and standing with his grandfather at dawn to help with the harvest and butchering that sustained their table.
His professional training began early on Miami's line, where he quickly advanced to lead multiple kitchens under mentors such as Cindy Hutson and Michelle Bernstein. Wilbert's cooking blends Caribbean roots with French-Mediterranean technique, producing dishes that are both rustic and refined.
After marrying a Greenville native and welcoming their daughter, Wilbert made Greenville, South Carolina his home. He brings to DeMarco's a lifetime of family traditions, a reverence for seasonal ingredients, and a menu shaped by both heritage and classical training.
Raised on the Island of Maui, Amanda brings her Aloha Spirit to the South spreading it throughout the Hospitality Industry. From years of managing the Restaurant Scene in heart of Wailea to working in the Five Star Resorts, her career blossomed while living in Hawaii.
Her passion for food is only surpassed by her intensity for creating a feeling of warmth and hospitality in the dining room.
Amanda chose Greenville based on the rising Hospitality presence and could not be more ecstatic with her decision. Not only falling in love with her career again, but also falling in love with her Fiancé Joey.
Native New Yorker, from Long Island, always had a passion for cooking and good food. Found his way to South Carolina in 2019, where he joined the opening of The Pasta Addict in downtown Greenville at Gather. Prior to that, Frank was a fireman in New York, who was always called upon to cook for the fellow firemen, as he was known for preparing delicious dishes. This experience made him comfortable for fast-paced restaurant kitchens.
Fast forward, The Pasta Addict joined The Slice, where Frank was able to increase his knowledge and hone in on his skills making delicious pasta for all to enjoy!
