What is the best way to inquire about or book an event at DeMarco's?

Spaces and Capacity

What event spaces are available and what are typical capacities?

We offer upstairs private or semi-private rooms and downstairs semi-private or private areas. Typical capacities referenced in our terms: upstairs private up to 50 seated / 65 reception, upstairs semi-private up to 24, with downstairs options available (contact for exact layouts).

Menu Options and Customization

What food menu formats do you offer for events?

We offer prix-fixe menus, customized menus where possible, and off-the-menu ordering for certain events.

Can menus be customized?

Yes. Customization depends on event size and lead time. Larger events or short lead times may limit customization.

When do I need to confirm menu selections?

Menu and service selections must be confirmed one week prior to the event.

What beverage service options are available?

We offer consumption billing, hourly open bar packages, capped tabs, and fixed packages.

Add-Ons, Rentals, and Restrictions

Can I add extras like AV, linens, or cake cutting?

Absolutely!  For example: AV equipment including projector and Bluetooth audio available, cake cutting service, and linens are available to complete your event.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Unfortunately, due to local laws, outside alcohol is not permitted for group events.
